You will support entry work from research through to launch, building the market analysis and regulatory mapping that clients rely on to make decisions. The role suits someone early in their career who is analytical and ready to take ownership of real work early.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys research and is interested in how companies expand into new markets. It is a strong fit for a candidate who likes moving from raw information to a strong recommendation and wants to build that skill in a commercial setting.

What You Will Do

You will support market-entry and strategy engagements through research and structured problem-solving. That includes examining market size, sector activity, competitor positioning, buyer behaviour and relevant regulatory questions across the UAE, the GCC, Europe and selected adjacent markets. You will help prepare briefing notes and presentation materials and you will contribute to the evidence base behind client recommendations. Over time, you will be expected to develop a sharper instinct for what matters commercially.

Qualifications Required

  • A degree in economics, business, finance, international relations, geography, data analysis or a related field.
  • Strong academic results and evidence of clear written work.
  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, market research, strategy, trade advisory, investment analysis or a related field.
  • Strong written English and confidence working with research, spreadsheets and presentations.

This role is for someone who can build trusted relationships and turn market understanding into commercial growth. It suits a person who is credible with senior stakeholders and able to connect the firm's expertise to the right client needs without sounding forced or generic.

What You Will Do

You will lead and support business development activity across our target markets and sectors, building relationships with prospective clients, referral partners and relevant intermediaries. The role involves identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, shaping outreach, preparing proposals and capability materials and helping move conversations towards well-scoped mandates.

Qualifications Required

  • 4+ years of experience in business development, advisory sales, consulting, investment services, corporate development or a related professional-services environment.
  • A track record of developing commercial relationships and helping convert opportunities into work.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with at least one of our focus areas, such as strategy consulting, market entry, infrastructure, logistics, energy real estate or cross-border advisory.

You will guide clients and the firm through the regulatory and licensing requirements of operating across multiple jurisdictions, keeping our work accurate and our advice sound. The role suits someone with a strong grasp of regional compliance who values precision and takes responsibility for getting the detail right.

This role is suited to someone who is organised and comfortable working with regulation and internal standards. It is a good fit for a person who notices gaps early and understands the operational value of strong compliance work.

What You Will Do

You will support the firm's compliance and internal governance work by helping maintain documentation standards, monitoring relevant requirements and improving process discipline where needed. The role may include policy support, record-keeping, internal reviews, reporting, onboarding checks and coordination with leadership or external advisers on matters that affect regulatory or operational risk. It requires careful judgement because the value of the work lies in recognising where details matter and where escalation is needed.

Qualifications Required

  • A degree in law, business, finance, governance, risk or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in compliance, legal support, risk, internal controls or a similar function.
  • Familiarity with policy, governance and documentation requirements in a regulated or professional-services environment.
  • Strong organisational ability and discretion.
